Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam Proses kegiatan pelaksanaan percepatan komunikasi dari pusar dan daerah menggunakan layanan JARKOMPUSDA, infrastruktur jaringan komunikasi tatap muka menjadi salah satu penentu utama keberhasilan dari proses percepatan masalah di daerah. Pada saat ini perkembangan dunia teknologi telekomunikasi semakin terus berkembang kearah yang lebih modern dan lebih canggih salah satu bentuknya adalah Video Conference. Video Conference sendiri merupakan perangkat teknologi telekomunikasi interaktif yang memungkinkankan dua pihak atau lebih di lokasi berbeda dapat berinteraksi melalui pengiriman dua arah audio dan video secara bersamaan melalui jaringan internet, baik VPN maupun VSAT Teknologi Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) yang digunakan oleh PT. Telkom Indonesia yang dapat mendukung kombinasi dari autentifikasi, integrasi, control akses dan kerahasiaan dalam proses tatap muka.Untuk tetap menjamin kenyamanan dan keamanan dari jaringan Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) ini, perlu dilakukan cara penanganan yang cepat dan tepat jika terjadi gangguan pada layanan Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT). Jaringan Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) JARKOMPUSDA yang berada di Kemendagri memiliki Frekuensi Operasional di satelit Telkom 2, Xponder 4H (6065-3840) dan bandwidth sebesar 14,5 Mbps (Frekuensi IF Strat 52,000 – 61, 9907 ), untuk menyuplai untuk 55 lokasi, 32 remote site Provinisi (video conference) dan 23 remote site kabupaten kota (voip). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah dimana untuk menganalisa kualitas layanan Video Conference dengan menggunakan teknologi VSAT untuk dapat membandingkan kualitas dari setiap bandwidth yang disediakan dengan sampel besaran 192Kbps, 384 Kbps, dan 512Kbps dengan menggunakan aplikasi bernama Wireshark melalui metode capturing packet data pada saat Video Conference berlangsung, lalu menganalisa apakah bandwidth yang di sediakan tersebut sudah memenuhi standard pemakaian berdasarkan ITU-T G 1010 pada parameter QoS Keyword :VSAT, Video Conference, Packet Loss, Througput, dan Delay (Latency) ABSTRAK In the process of implementing the national and regional commissions on national and regional government, JARKOMPUSDA services, infrastructure, and communication networks have become one of the main determinants of the acceleration problems in the regions. Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) technology used by PT. Telkom Indonesia, which can support a combination of authentication, integration, access control and confidentiality in the interface process. To ensure the reliability and security of the Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) network, a fast and accurate handling method is required if the service is interrupted on Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT). The Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) network JARKOMPUSDA located in the Ministry of Home Affairs has Operational Frequency on the Telkom2 satellite, 4H Xponder (6065-3840) and bandwidth of 14.5 Mbps (Frequency IF Strat 52,000 - 61, 9907), to supply for 55 locations, 32 remote Provinition sites (video conferencing) and 23 remote regency site (voip).
