Abstract

This study a imstoanalyze the performance of Competence and Commitment to Educators in SMA Negeri 5 Tangerang City, either simultaneously or pratially . The research method use disdes criptive quantitativeres earh with survey methods, datacollection through kuesioner and sampling with the sampling of saturated/census. Its population is alleducators SMA Negeri 5 Tangerang city that hasbeencertifie dof46. Independent variable is the com petence and commitment and the dependent variable is the performance of educators .
