Abstract

ABSTRACT The need for fast, accurate and timely information is an absolute necessity in this fast-paced era. Delays in presenting the required information will cause the information to be irrelevant to the user. Puskesmas Service Information System is realized from a vision and mission objectives that exist in Pukesmas Plawad. Namely making villagers a healthy and independent community and leveling the welfare of villages in the field of health. Puskesmas Service Information System will facilitate the process of services performed by puskesmas to patients. Faster and more accurate data processing will encourage health workers to carry out their work. The method used in the process of making this system is a waterfall method that has several stages in the process of making it considered suitable in the process of working on this system. This application design uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) system that consists of Use Case Diagram, Class Diagram, Activity Diagram and Sequence Diagram. As for the programming language using the language PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and MySQL as database. Keywords: Information System, Services, Puskesmas, Waterfall, UML (Unified Modeling Language). ABSTRAK Kebutuhan akan informasi yang cepat, akurat dan tepat waktu merupakan suatu hal yang mutlak pada era yang serba cepat ini. Keterlambatan dalam menyajikan informasi yang dibutuhkan akan menyebabkan informasi tersebut tidak relevan lagi bagi pengunanya. Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Puskesmas ini terwujud dari sebuah visi misi dan tujuan yang ada di Pukesmas Plawad. Yaitu menjadikan warga masayarakat desa menjadi masyarakat yang sehat dan mandiri serta meratakan kesejahteraan desa dalam bidang kesehatan. Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Puskesmas ini akan mempermudah dalam proses pelayanan yang dilakukan oleh puskesmas kepada pasien. Pengolahan data yang lebih cepa dan akurat akan mempermudak para petugas kesehatan dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam proses pembuatan sistem ini adalah metode waterfall yang memiliki beberapa tahapan dalam proses pengerjaannya sehingga dinilai cocok dalam proses pengerjaan pada sistem ini. Desain aplikasi ini menggunakan sistem UML (Unified Modelling Language) yaitu terdiri dari Use Case Diagram, Class Diagram, Activity Diagram dan Sequence Diagram. Sedangkan untuk bahasa pemrogramannya mengguakan bahasa PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Pelayanan, Puskesmas, Waterfall, UML (Unified Modelling Language).
