Abstract

This study aims to analyze the existence of the influence of liquidity, solvency and activity on company value mediated by profitability in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018. The population in this study were 25 companies. The sampling method used purposive sampling which resulted in as many as 15 companies. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that liquidity that is proxied by CR has a significant positive effect on firm value as proxied by PBV, Solvency proxied by DER has a negative effect on PBV, Activities that are proxied by TATO have a significant positive effect on PBV, Profitability that is proxied by ROA has a significant positive effect against PBV. Based on the analysis for mediation, it is known that liquidity has a significant positive effect on firm value mediated by profitability, solvency has a negative effect on firm value that is mediated by profitability, activity has a significant positive effect on firm value mediated by profitability. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis adanya pengaruh likuiditas, solvabilitas dan aktivitas terhadap nilai perusaahan dengan dimediasi oleh profitabilitas pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2018. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 25 perusahaan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan Sampling Purposive yang menghasilkan sebanyak 15 perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data disimpulkan bahwa likuiditas yang diproksikan dengan CR berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diproksikan dengan PBV, Solvabilitas yang diproksikan dengan DER berpengaruh negatif terhadap PBV, Aktivitas yang diproksikan dengan TATO berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap PBV, Profitabilitas yang diproksikan ROA berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap PBV. Berdasarkan hasil analisis untuk mediasi diketauhi bahwa likuiditas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan yang dimediasi profitabilitas, solvabilitas berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan dimediasi oleh profitabilitas, Aktivitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dimediasi oleh profitabilitas.
