Abstract

ABSTRACT Population Administration System (case study: RW 03 Kp. Bulak Kel. Jatiasih Of Bekasi City) Web-Based. In the process the Ministry of population, especially environmental RW 03 Jatiasih still use the manual process. problems occurred in the manual process is not efisiennya time and trouble getting reports to Aceh residents quickly and accurately in a short time, destruction of the archive of population due to not being treated well and the information submitted by the Chairman of RT/RW less evenly so many citizens do not know if there is any important information concerning the residence or civic activities, the process of reporting new residents less than optimal because RT/RW there are rarely available when citizens want to report the status of occupations. This encourages research to help neighborhoods by creating an administrative settlement application that can help problems in management of the administration of the settlement. Keywords : Administration, Demography and MySQL. ABSTRAK Sistem Administrasi Kependudukan (Studi Kasus : RW 03 Kp. Bulak Kel. Jatiasih Kota Bekasi) Berbasis Web. Dalam proses pelayanan kependudukan, terutama lingkungan RW 03 Jatiasih masih banyak yang menggunakan proses manual. permasalahan yang terjadi pada proses manual adalah tidak efisiennya waktu dan kesulitan mendapatkan laporan biodata penduduk yang cepat dan akurat dalam waktu yang singkat, rusaknya arsip kependudukan akibat tidak dirawat dengan baik serta informasi yang disampaikan oleh ketua RT/RW kurang merata sehingga banyak warga yang tidak mengetahui jika ada informasi penting mengenai kependudukan atau kegiatan kemasyarakatan, proses pelaporan warga baru kurang optimal karena RT/RW jarang ada ditempat ketika warga ingin melapor status kependudukannya. Hal ini mendorong penelitian untuk membantu RW dengan membuat sebuah aplikasi administrasi kependudukan yang dapat membantu permasalahan dalam pengurusan administrasi kependudukan.
