Abstract

ABSTRACTION Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Bogor Regency has the main task of organizing public affairs in the field of public works and spatial planning. In carrying out these basic tasks, the agency is assisted by several fields, one of them called Spatial Planning field. Spatial Planning Division has a part of division called Utilization Section that serves one of them for Service Management and Assessment of Site Plan. The application for validation of the site plan has been simplified, but in the implementation there are still some problems such as; limitations of information obtained by the applicant regarding the terms and completeness of the file, stacking the file making it difficult to examine; loss of file completeness documents; the applicant does not know the application file already at some stage. From the existing problems, the author took the initiative to make the design of information systems to solve the problems that occur. Design method of information system will use object oriented method. The design of the system to be developed includes the flow of the service procedure of site plan validating. With the existence of the information system, it is expected that Spatial Planning in Space Utilization Section can make it easier for the applicant to validate the site plan in obtaining information, ease and facilitate the applicant to know the application file already at some stage, to overcome the accumulation of the file, to minimize the loss of the applicant's completeness document. Kata kunci: Designing, Information System, Site Plan, Web ABSTRAK Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Bogor mempunyai tugas pokok yaitu menyelenggarakan urusan pemerintahan bidang pekerjaan umum dan penataan ruang. Dalam melaksanakan tugas pokok tersebut, dinas dibantu oleh beberapa bidang, salah satunya bidang Penataan Ruang. Bidang Penataan Ruang memiliki Seksi Pemanfaatan Ruang yang berfungsi salah satunya untuk Pengelolaan Pelayanan dan Pengkajian Rencana Tapak (Site Plan). Permohonan pengesahan site plan sudah mengalami penyederhanaan, tetapi dalam pelakasanaannya masih terdapat beberapa kendala diantaranya; keterbatasan informasi yang didapat oleh pemohon terkait syarat dan kelengkapan berkas, menumpuknya berkas sehingga mempersulit pemeriksaan; hilangnya dokumen kelengkapan berkas; pemohon tidak mengetahui berkas permohonan sudah pada tahap tertentu. Dari permasalahan yang ada tersebut, penulis berinisiatif untuk membuat rancang bangun sistem informasi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terjadi. Metode rancang bangun sistem informasi tersebut akan menggunakan metode berorientasi objek. Rancang bangun sistem yang akan dikembangkan meliputi alur prosedur pelayanan pengesahan site plan. Dengan adanya sistem informasi tersebut, diharapkan Bidang Penataan Ruang pada Seksi Pemanfaatan Ruang dapat lebih memudahkan pemohon pengesahan site plan dalam mendapatkan informasi, memudahkan dan memfasilitasi pemohon untuk mengetahui berkas permohonan sudah pada tahap tertentu, mengatasi menumpuknya berkas, meminimalisir hilangnya dokumen kelengkapan pemohon.
