Abstract
vi ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat saat ini, dalam proses administrasi perusahaan dapat dilakukan secara mobile (Android) dan komputerisasi. Penggantian biaya (Reimbursement) dikenal juga dengan istilah klaim yaitu proses pengajuan penggantian biaya yang telah dikeluarkan karyawan terlebih dahulu kemudian karyawan tersebut mengajukan biaya penggantian kepihak perusahaan. Dimana dalam sistem reimbursement yang terjadi di PT. Daya Cipta Mandiri Solusi masih dilakukan secara manual. Hal ini akan memakan waktu karena karyawan harus mengisi form kertas dan menempelkan struk-struk tersebut sebagai bukti bahwa mereka telah melakukan transaksi pembayaran sebelumnya. Belum lagi form dan struk yang diberikan karyawan kebagian admin rentan hilang dan terselip karena struk hanya ditempelkan dalam sebuah form. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem aplikasi reimbursement yang nantinya diharapkan dapat membantu dalam proses reimbursement yang dilakukan karyawan dan proses administrasi secara sistematis. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam proses penelitian ini yaitu dengan observasi, dimana peneliti mengamati sistem secara langsung diperusahaan. Hasil dari pembuatan sistem ini adalah membantu karyawan dalam proses reimbursement dan membantu administrasi, manager dan finance dalam proses pengecekan, approval dan pembayaran reimbursement. Kata Kunci : Sistem Aplikasi Reimbursement Berbasis Android, Reimbursement, Klaim, Penggantian Biaya. ABSTRACT Technological developments increasingly rapidly today, in the company's administration process can be done in mobile (Android) and computerization. Reimbursement is also called a claim that is the process of submitting a reimbursement fee that has been issued first employee and then the employee submitted the cost of reimbursement to the company. Where in the reimbursement system that occurs in PT.Mandiri Cipta Solusi Solution is still done manually. This will take time because employees must fill out a paper form and attach receipts as proof that they have made the payment transaction previously. form and receipt provided by the employee to the lost and tucked admininistrasi vulnerable because because the receipt is only stick in a form. Therefore it is necessary a reimbursement application system which will be expected to assist in the process of reimbursement by employees and administrative process systematically. The method used in this research process is by observation, where researchers observe the system directly in the company. The result of making this system is to assist employees in the reimbursement process and assist administration, manager and finance in the process of checking, approval and payment reimbursement.
