Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini semakin pesat termasuk dalam bidang industry maupun perkantoran. Dalam perkembangannya teknologi informasi sangat membantu khususnya dalam hal administrasi . PT JS JAKARTA dalam rangka meningkatkan proses administrasi dalam hal pengajuan cuti, Proses pengajuan cuti yang ada pada PT JS JAKARTA sekarang ini belum terkomputerisasi dan dilakukan dengan proses manual, Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan suatu perubahan sistem yaitu dari sistem administrasi pengajuan cuti dengan proses manual menjadi sistem informasi yang berbasis Android . Dengan demikian maka semua proses dalam kegiatan pengajuan cuti dapat dilakukan secara Mobile smartphone sehingga pengajuan cuti lebih cepat, mudah dan efisien, Proses Approve Cuti akan lebih Cepat diproses . Setiap pengajuan cuti yang telah disetujui dan di selesaikan dapat di lihat dari List pengajuan dengan ini karyawan tidak bisa melihat sisa cuti atau cuti apa saja yang telah di ambil. Kata Kunci : Cepat dan efisien, Cuti , Andoid ABSTRACT The development of information technology is currently increasing rapidly including in the field of industry and office. In the development of information technology is very helpful, especially in terms of administration. PT JS JAKARTA in order to improve the administrative process in terms of filing for leave, The process of filing for leave on PT JS JAKARTA is currently not computerized and done by manual process, To overcome these problems required a system change that is from the administrative system of submission with manual process to be an information system based on Android. Thus, all the processes in the application for leave can be done on a Mobile smartphone so that the application of leave more quickly, easy and efficient, Approve Process Leave will be processed faster. Any approved and completed leave application can be viewed from the List of submissions hereby employees can not see what leave of leave or leave have been taken.
