Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of investment decisions, financial performance, company size and dividend policy on the value of the construction and manufacturing sub- sector companies listed on the IDX 2016-2020. This research was conducted with a total research sample of 15 companies which were determined through purposive sampling methodand there were 40 data that were processed in the study. The hypothesis testing method uses the coefficient of determination, t-statistical test, and F statistical test. The data analysis usedis panel data regression analysis with the Eviews 10 software tool. The results of this study indicate that the partial test of investment decisions and financial performance has an effect on firm value. However, firm size and dividend policy have no effect on firm value. Keywords: Investment Decisions, Financial Performance, Firm Size, Dividend Policy, Firm Value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Keputusan Investasi,Kinerja Keuangan, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Kebijakan Deviden Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Sub Sektor Kontruksidan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di BEI 2016-2020. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan total sampelpenelitian 15 Perusahaan yang ditentukan dengan melalui metode purposive sampling dan terdapat 40 data yang di olah dalam penelitian. Metode penguji hipotesis menggunakan koefisiensi determinasi, Uji t-statistik, dan Uji statistik F. Analisis data yang digunakan adalahanalisis regresi data panel dengan alat bantu software Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara uji parsial keputusan investasi dan kinerja keuangan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Namun, ukuran perusahaan dan kebijakan dividen tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Keputusan Investasi, Kinerja Keuangan, Ukuran Perusahaan, Kebijakan Deviden, Nilai Perusahaan.
