Abstract
Abstract PT. AII is a multinational company engaged in the business of manufacturing automotive components in four-wheeled vehicles. Due to the high cost of labor, labor productivity is a serious concern for companies to reduce production costs. The target of increasing productivity in 2018 is 10%. Labor productivity achievement of the clutch disc production line in August against July 2018 is 1.68%. Not achieving the labor productivity target, it is necessary to analyze the waste in the process flow with VSM (Value Stream Mapping). For this reason, it is necessary to do research with the title "Increasing Labor Productivity in Production Floor of Clutch Disc PT. AII with Value Stream Mapping Method ". From the identification of current state value stream mapping, process classification by type has been identified, Value Added (VA) is 3334 seconds, Necessary but Non Value Added (NNVA) is 1800 seconds and Non Value Added (NVA) is 138256 seconds, total leads time is 143390 seconds. After repairing the clutch disc production floor, the lead time decreases by 52%, which is decreased to 68649 seconds. Based on the classification of process types, Value Added (VA) decreased 92% to 269 seconds. Necessary but Non Value Added (NNVA) did not decrease, remained at 1800 seconds. Non Value Added (NVA) decreased 52% to 66580 seconds. As a correlation between the research of the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) method on increasing labor productivity by the method of Marvin E. Mundel. The results of the analysis are an increase in labor productivity of 13.81%. Keywords: Labor productivity, Value stream mapping, Marvin E. Mundel Productivity. Abstrak PT. AII adalah salah satu perusahaan multinasional yang bergerak dibidang usaha pembuatan komponen otomotif kendaraan roda empat. Dengan tingginya kenaikan upah tenaga kerja, produktivitas tenaga kerja menjadi perhatian serius sebagai usaha perusahan untuk menurunkan biaya produksi. Target tahun 2018 adalah produktivitas meningkat 10%. Pencapaian produktivitas tenaga kerja lantai produksi clutch disc di bulan Agustus terhadap bulan Juli 2018 adalah 1,68 %. Dengan tidak tercapainya target, maka perlu dilakukan analisa pemborosanpemborosan dalam proses dengan VSM (Value Stream Mapping). Untuk itu perlu dilakukan penelitian dengan judul “Peningkatan Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja Lantai Produksi Clutch Disc PT. AII dengan Metode Value Stream Mapping”. Dari hasil identifikasi current state value stream mapping, telah teridentifikasi klasifikasi proses berdasarkan jenisnya, yaitu total Value Added (VA) 3334 detik, total Necessary but Non Value Added (NNVA) 1800 detik dan Non Value Added (NVA) 138256 detik, dengan total lead time adalah 143390 detik. Setelah perbaikan lantai produksi clutch disc dihasilkan penurunan lead time sebesar 52%, yaitu turun sebesar 74741 detik dari 143390 detik menjadi 68649 detik. Berdasarkan klasifikasi jenis proses, total penurunan tersebut terdiri dari Value Added (VA) turun 92% yaitu sebesar 3065 detik, turun dari 3334 detik menjadi 269 detik. Necessary but Non Value Added (NNVA) tidak mengalami penurunan, tetap pada angka 1800 detik. Non Value Added (NVA) turun 52% yaitu sebesar 71676 detik, turun dari 138256 detik menjadi 66580 detik. Sebagai korelasi antara penelitian metode Value Stream Mappin (VSM) terhadap peningkatan produktivitas tenaga kerja dengan metode Marvin E. Mundel. Hasil dari analisa tersebut adalah adanya peningkatan produktivitas tenaga kerja sebesar 13,81%. Kata Kunci : Produktivitas tenaga kerja, Value stream mapping, Marvin E. Mundel Productivity
