Abstract
ABSTRAK Paud Mutia merupakan Lembaga Pendidikan yang membina anak usia lahir sampai dengan 6 tahun. Paud mutia ini mulai berdiri sejak tahun 2006, didalam perkembangannya PAUD MUTIA memiliki kendala didalam perekrutan sumber daya pengajar yang berkompeten, dimana didalam perekrutannya PAUD MUTIA masih menggunakan cara manual dan belum memiliki metode yang tepat didalam mencari sumber daya yang berkompeten . Sumber daya pengajar yang kompeten sangatlah di butuhkan dalam proses belajar mengajar. Sistem yang selama ini berjalan dinilai belum optimal didalam mencari sumber daya pengajar yang berkompeten, oleh karena itu didalam permaslahan ini dibutuhkanlah sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat membantu didalam mendukung keputusan rekrutmen guru di PAUD MUTIA. Aplikasi Sistem pendukung keputusan rekrutmen guru di PAUD MUTIA dengan metode TOPSIS diharapkan dapat membantu PAUD MUTIA untuk sapat merekrut sumber daya pengajar yang lebih berkompeten. Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Rekrutmen, Sumber Daya Pengajar, Guru, Metode TOPSIS. ABSTACT Paud Mutia is an Educational Institution that builds up to 6 years old children. Paud Mutia has been established since 2006, in its development, PAUD MUTIA has obstacles in recruitment of competent teaching resources, which in its recruitment PAUD MUTIA still using manual method and not yet have the right method in finding competent resources. Competent faculty resources are needed in teaching and learning. The system that has been running is considered not optimal in finding competent teaching resources, therefore in this problem it is needed an information system that can assist in supporting the decision of teacher recruitment in PAUD MUTIA. Application The teacher decision support recruitment system in PAUD MUTIA with TOPSIS method is expected to help PAUD MUTIA to recruit more competent lecturer resources.
