Abstract
ABSTRAK Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan adalah merupakan dua satuan pendidikan Nonformal seperti yang tertera, dijelaskan bahwa Kursus dan pelatihan diselenggarakan bagi masyarakat yang memerlukan bekal pengetahuan, keterampilan, kecakapan hidup, dan sikap untuk mengembangkan diri, mengembangkan profesi, bekerja, usaha mandiri dan atau melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. System yang di gunakan di Lembaga ini masih menggunakan manual. Dari absensi , Penjadwalan dan Pembayaran yang masih menggunakan catatan kertas, Oleh sebab itu admin sering kali kesulitan, sehingga dalam kerja tidak dilakukan secara maksimal. Untuk mengatasi masalah yang ada dalam hal ini. Dibutuhkan suatu system yang dapat memudahkan admin agar dapat bekerja secara maksimal, sehingga Lembaga dapat memaksimalkan potensi. Dan juga dalam sistem ini dapat juga sebagai pedoman untuk melakukan penjadwalan di Lembaga. Kata Kunci : Absen, Penjadwalan, pembayaran ABSTRACT The Course and Training Institute are two non-formal education units as described, it is explained that the courses and training are held for people who need knowledge, skills, life skills, and attitudes to develop themselves, develop professions, work, independent business and / or continue education ladder. System that is used in this Institute still use manual. Of attendance, Scheduling and Payment are still using paper notes, therefore admin often difficulty, so that the work is not done optimally. To solve the problem in this case. It takes a system that can facilitate the admin to work optimally, so that the Institute can maximize the potential.
