Abstract
ABSTRACTION This research raised the problem about the absence of an application for the employment process at PT. Bangun Jaya Abadi. The purpose of this study is to implement the Employee System application for employee salary reporting and facilitate decision makers to obtain information about employees. Research methodology begins with the method of literature, direct observation method, interview method, needs analysis, designing Application of personnel system and closed with conclusions and suggestions. The results of this research is the application of personnel tuntuk PT. Bangun Jaya Abadi complete with web-based application attendance, presentation of the report more dynamic and can be done wherever and whenever. Keywords: staffing, attendance, personnel application ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengangkat permasalahan mengenai belum adanya suatu aplikasi untuk proses kepegawaian pada PT. Bangun Jaya Abadi. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mengimplementasikan Aplikasi sistem kepegawaian untuk pelaporan gaji karyawan dan memudahkan para pengambil keputusan untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang pegawai. Metodologi penelitian diawali dengan metode kepustakaan, metode pengamatan langsung, metode wawancara, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan Aplikasi sistem kepegawaian dan ditutup dengan kesimpulan dan saran. Hasil penelitian ini adalah aplikasi kepegawaian tuntuk PT. Bangun Jaya Abadi lengkap dengan aplikasi absensi berbasis web, penyajian laporannya lebih dinamis dan bisa dilakukan dimanapun dan kapanpun. Kata Kunci : kepegawaian, absensi, aplikasi kepegawaian
