Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the relationship of attendance through the Application of Fingerprint Attendance to Discipline Working Level of Soldiers and Military Civil Servants. This research was conducted in the environment of Headquarters TNI Cilangkap. Proof of this research hypothesis using technique of Designer analysis with Prototype model. In this system data processing becomes more effective and efficient. In the search data will be faster and easier. The purpose of this research is to design an attendance information system which is expected to help the performance of the Agency in the implementation of discipline against soldiers and military civil servants within the Headquarters TNI Cilangkap. Keywords: attendance, absenteeism, work discipline ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat kehadiran melalui Penerapan Absensi Fingerprint Terhadap Tingkat Disiplin Kerja Prajurit dan Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Penelitian ini dilakukan di lingkungan Mabes TNI Cilangkap. Pembuktian hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis Perancang dengan model Prototype. Dalam sistem ini proses pengolahan data menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Dalam pencarian data akan lebih cepat dan mudah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang suatu sistem informasi absensi kehadiran yang diharapkan akan membantu kinerja Instansi dalam Penerapan kedisiplinan terhadap Prajurit maupun Pegawai Negeri dilingkungan Mabes TNI Cilangkap. Kata Kunci: tingkat kehadiran, absensi, disiplin kerja
