Abstract

ABSTRACTION One of technology that can process information quickly, accurately and can reach all over world is the internet. Through the World Wide Web information is displayed in a more attractive, dynamic and interactive, which is usually called the Homepage or Website, so people competing to display the information in its possession. Based on the situation, the author is interested to create a Web-Based Library Information System that is dynamic and interactive. The software for the design and implementation of programs using XAMPP v3.2.2 as webserver, phpMyAdmin 4.7.0 as database and Sublime Text 3 as an editor writing PHP files and HTML. The purpose of this program is to create a web program that contains the Based Web E-Library at the Staf Personel Mabes TNI in Jakarta and is expected to provide the ease of the Spers TNI to perform data processing library quickly and easily. Administrators have an authority to manage information systems, whereas members or visitors only can view the latest book and news data on the front page. Information displayed on the front page includes: book search, member registration, borrowing and return of books. Hopefully from the website that the author made can be useful for the wider community who are thirst for information and knowledge. Keywords : E-Library, Library, Web ABSTRAK Salah satu teknologi yang dapat mengolah informasi dengan cepat, akurat dan dapat menjangkau semua belahan dunia adalah internet. Melalui World Wide Web informasi tersebut ditampilkan dalam bentuk yang lebih menarik, dinamis, dan interaktif, yang biasanya disebut Homepage atau Website, sehingga masyarakat berlomba-lomba menampilkan informasi yang dimilikinya. Berdasarkan situasi tersebut, penulis tertarik untuk membuat Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan Berbasis Web yang dinamis dan interaktif. Adapun perangkat lunak untuk perancangan dan implementasi program menggunakan XAMPP v3.2.2 sebagai webserver, phpMyAdmin 4.7.0 sebagai database dan Sublime Text 3 sebagai editor penulisan file-file PHP dan HTML. Maksud dari program ini adalah untuk membuat sebuah program web yang berisi tentang E-Library pada Staf Personel Mabes TNI di Jakarta Berbasis Web dan diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan Spers TNI untuk melakukan pengolahan data perpustakaan secara cepat dan mudah. Administrator mempunyai hak untuk mengelola sistem informasi, sedangkan anggota atau pengunjung hanya mempunyai hak melihat data buku dan berita terbaru pada halaman depan. Informasi yang ditampilkan pada halaman depan mencakup : pencarian buku, pendaftaran anggota, peminjaman dan pengembalian buku. Semoga dari website yang penulis buat dapat berguna bagi masyarakat luas yang haus akan informasi dan pengetahuan. Kata Kunci: E-Library, Perpustakaan, Web
