Abstract

ABSTRACTION One technology that can process information quickly, accurately, and can reach all parts of the world is the internet. Through the World Wide Web the information is displayed in the form of a more interesting, dynamic, and interactive, which is usually called the Homepage or Website, so that people watching the race that shows information about them. Based on the situation, the authors are interested to create dynamic and interactive website as a medium to connect the information with a database that was created in MySQL. The making of this Website using Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 that combined with PHP. Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 is a web editor program used to create and design web. Software reliability has in creating and designing web without having to write html tags one by one. The purpose of this program is to create a web program that contains the Web-Based Library Information System In junior Directorate in the Ministry of Education and Culture, Jakarta and is expected to provide ease of SMP in the Directorate of the Ministry of Education and Culture, Jakarta to perform data processing library quickly and easily. The administrator has the right to manage information systems, while members or visitors only have the right to see the data books and the latest news on the front page. The information displayed on the front page include: book search, member registration, order the book and read books online. Hopefully the author's website can be made useful for the public thirst for information and knowledge. Keywords: E-Library, Web, Directorate, Kemendikbud ABSTRAK Salah satu teknologi yang dapat mengolah informasi dengan cepat, akurat dan dapat menjangkau semua belahan dunia adalah internet. Melalui World Wide Web informasi tersebut ditampilkan dalam bentuk yang lebih menarik, dinamis, dan interaktif, yang biasanya disebut Homepage atau Website, sehingga masyarakat berlomba-lomba menampilkan informasi yang dimilikinya. Berdasarkan situasi tersebut, penulis tertarik untuk membuat Website dinamis dan interaktif sebagai media informasi dengan menghubungkan ke database yang telah dibuat di MySQL. Pembuatan Website ini menggunakan Adobe Dreamweaver CS5 yang dipadukan dengan PHP. Adobe Dreamweaver CS5 adalah sebuah program web editor yang digunakan untuk membuat dan mendesain web. Software ini mempunyai kehandalan dalam membuat dan mendesain web tanpa harus menuliskan tag-tag html satu persatu. Maksud dari program ini adalah untuk membuat sebuah program web yang berisi tentang E-Library Pada Direktorat Pembinaan Smp, Kementerian Pendidikan Dan Kebudayaan Di Jakarta Berbasis Web dan diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan pihak Direktorat SMP di Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Jakarta untuk melakukan pengolahan data perpustakaan secara cepat dan mudah. Administrator mempunyai hak untuk mengelola sistem informasi, sedangkan anggota atau pengunjung hanya mempunyai hak melihat data buku dan berita terbaru pada halaman depan. Informasi yang ditampilkan pada halaman depan mencakup : pencarian buku, pendaftaran anggota, pemesanan buku dan membaca buku secara online. Semoga dari website yang penulis buat dapat berguna bagi masyarakat luas yang haus akan informasi dan pengetahuan. Kata Kunci: E-Library, Web, Direktorat, Kemendikbud
