Abstract

ABSTRACTION The development of information technology in Indonesia is currently entering the era of digitalization. Where the company is very closely related to the document, and often the storage is still in the form of hardcopy that causes stacking and missing when it is in need. Already many companies have implemented the storage of documents by digitizing and transforming by transforming towards digital archiving. With the current technological developments, it is time for companies to reorganize the archiving of documents that have long been kept, in digital form. These changes are designed to improve storage to be more modern and minimize the loss of old document files, to make it easier when it is needed. This application program aims to archive the project documents electronically, which is the storage of softcopy document, and comes with project document report per project. In addition, this application also helps to monitor the feasibility of documents at the approval stage at PT. Tio Mandiri Jaya. The methods used, among others, by using Likert scale method to measure attitudes, opinions, and perceptions of a person or group of people with interviews and observation. By using HTML application program and software / tools used using PHP, Mysql as its data base. Document processing documents, complete documents and approved reports become faster, easier and efficient so that no more missing project documents. Keywords : Document Archiving, Documents, File Management, PHP, MySQL ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi informasi di Indonesia saat ini memasuki era digitalisasi. Dimana perusahaan sangat erat kaitannya dengan dokumen, dan sering kali penyimpanannya masih dalam bentuk hardcopy yang menyebabkan menumpuk dan hilang ketika sedang di butuhkan. Sudah banyak perusahaan yang telah menerapkan penyimpanan dokumen secara digitalisasi dan mengubah dengan bertransformasi ke arah digital pengarsipan. Dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini, sudah saatnya bagi perusahaan untuk memanagement ulang pengarsipan dokumen yang telah lama di simpan, dalam bentuk digital. Perubahan ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan penyimpanan supaya lebih modern dan meminimalisir hilangnya berkas dokumen yang lama, agar memudahkan ketika sedang di butuhkan. Program aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk pengarsipan dokumen proyek secara elektronik, yaitu penyimpanan dokumem softcopy, dan dilengkapi dengan laporan dokumen proyek per project. Selain itu aplikasi ini juga membantu melakukan monitoring terhadap kelayakan dokumen pada tahap approval di PT. Tio Mandiri Jaya. Adapun metodemetode yang digunakan antara lain dengan menggunakan metode skala likert untuk mengukur sikap, pendapat, dan persepsi seseorang atau sekelompok orang dengan wawancara dan observasi. Dengan menggunakan program aplikasi HTML dan software/tools yang digunakan menggunakan PHP, Mysql sebagai basis datanya. Proses pendataan dokumen, kelengkapan dokumen dan laporan approved menjadi lebih cepat, mudah dan efisien sehingga tidak ada lagi dokumen proyek yang hilang.
