Abstract
ABSTRACTION The development of information technology appropriate demands of the times is expected to be a supporting facilities to handle problems that appear and support in all activities of the company. And also in the process of filing overtime. The filing overtime still use form without computerized, will often cause a data error employee who makes overtime and overtime wage calculation based validation of overtime hours. Therefore, an application is built for the information to be accurate, precise, and efficient making it easier for users to do activities or needs of each self. The application is expected to provide features include data storage overtime, request overtime, the procedure approval, the calculation of overtime wages, preview and print reports. In this application supervisor and manager acts as a requester overtime for staff. Permissions overtime approval can only be done by the manager. While the staff could only fill the overtime task. Additional holiday and changing the basic salary can be done by admin. Each user can preview and print reports in accordance permissions for each self. Keywords: overtime, managers, supervisors, staff, admin ABSTRAK Teknologi informasi yang semakin berkembang sesuai tuntutan zaman diharapkan menjadi sarana penunjang untuk menangani permasalahan yang timbul dan mendukung dalam seluruh kegiatan perusahaan. Begitu juga dalam proses pengajuan lembur karyawan. Pengajuan kerja lembur yang masih menggunakan form tanpa komputerisasi akan sering menyebabkan terjadinya kekeliruan data karyawan yang mengajukan lembur dan perhitungan upah lembur berdasarkan validasi jam kerja lembur. Oleh karena itu dibuat suatu aplikasi agar informasi menjadi akurat, tepat, dan efisien sehingga memudahkan pengguna dalam melakukan kegiatan atau kebutuhannya masing-masing. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat menyediakan fitur antara lain penyimpanan data lembur, request lembur, prosedur approval, perhitungan upah lembur, preview dan print laporan. Dalam aplikasi ini supervisor dan manager berperan sebagai requester lembur bagi staff. Hak akses approval lembur hanya bisa dilakukan oleh manager. Sedangkan staff hanya bisa mengisi task lembur. Untuk pengisian tanggal merah dan pengubahan gaji pokok dapat dilakukan oleh admin. Setiap pengguna dapat preview dan print laporan sesuai hak aksesnya masing-masing.
