Abstract

ABSTRACT Business developments in the world of auction is large enough to meet the needs of society which is one alternative to buying and selling with optimal price because there is competition among the applicants or potential buyers. In developing its business, the auction house wants to know the flaws that exist in the company by providing an online questionnaire on the company. The online questionnaire serves to facilitate the company received feedback from buyers who were less satisfied with the course of the auction process. The overall results of the questionnaire will be accumulated and produce data in the form of a diagram designed as a percentage of the company's needs. From the results of the questionnaire auction company could seek shortage of companies in the auction process. Therefore, an online questionnaire is useful for companies that want to know the advantages and disadvantages quickly so that the company can fix the auction hall to be better. Keywords: Online questionnaire, the Auction, Respondents, Buyer. ABSTRAK Perkembangan bisnis dalam dunia lelang cukup besar dalam memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat dimana merupakan salah satu alternatif jual beli dengan harga optimal karena ada kompetisi diantara para peminat atau calon pembeli. Dalam mengembangkan usahanya, balai lelang ingin mengetahui kekurangan – kekurangan yang ada dalam perusahaannya dengan cara menyediakan kuesioner online pada perusahaan tersebut. Kuesioner online tersebut berfungsi untuk memudahkan perusahaan menerima masukan dari pembeli yang merasa kurang puas dengan proses jalannya lelang. Hasil kuesioner secara keseluruhan akan diakumulasikan dan menghasilkan data berupa diagram persentase yang dirancang sebagai kebutuhan dari perusahaan. Dari hasil kuesioner tersebut perusahaan balai lelang bisa mencari kekurangan perusahaan dalam proses lelang. Maka dari itu, kuesioner online cukup bermanfaat bagi perusahaan yang ingin mengetahui kekurangan dan kelebihan secara cepat sehingga perusahaan balai lelang dapat memperbaikinya menjadi lebih baik.
