Abstract

ABSTRACTION Welfare facilities loan program is a program that is in demand by employees BPK PENABUR Jakarta, this is proven by the number of application forms, endlessly flowing in each period. While they were running business processes currently done manually, ranging from filling out a loan application, file a form submission process, up to the data input process loan applications by using Microsoft Excel to make report to be given to the leadership. The business process delays cause problems including file, chances disappear files, and data input system that is not efficient. Referring to the problems faced, the authors wanted to develop a Web-based information systems with the aim to overcome the problems which occur especially in the prosperity. The system to be developed is about the loan application of welfare facilities for employees BPK PENABUR Jakarta. Web-based information system is expected to be useful for employees in making loan applications, for staff involved in processing loan applications, and for the leadership to support the decision-making process quickly so as to improve the effectiveness and efficiency for all users of the system. Keywords: Filing Loans, Information Systems ABSTRAK Program pinjaman fasilitas kesejahteraan adalah program yang sangat diminati oleh karyawan BPK PENABUR Jakarta, hal ini terbukti dengan adanya jumlah formulir permohonan yang tak henti mengalir dalam setiap periode. Sementera proses bisnis yang berjalan saat ini dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari pengisian formulir pengajuan pinjaman, proses pengiriman berkas formulir, sampai dengan proses input data pengajuan pinjaman dengan menggunakan Microsoft excel untuk meghasilkan laporan yang akan diberikan kepada pimpinan. Proses bisnis tersebut menimbulkan kendala diantaranya keterlambatan berkas, kemungkinan terselipnya berkas, dan sistem input data yang tidak efisien. Mengacu pada permasalah yang dihadapi, penulis ingin mengembangkan sebuah sistem informasi berbasis Web dengan tujuan dapat mengatasi masalah-masalah yang terjadi khususnya pada bagian kesejahteraan. Adapun sistem yang akan dikembangkan adalah seputar pengajuan pinjaman fasilitas kesejahteraan bagi karyawan BPK PENABUR Jakarta. Sistem informasi berbasis Web ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi karyawan dalam melakukan pengajuan pinjaman, bagi staf terkait dalam memproses pengajuan pinjaman, dan bagi pimpinan untuk mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan dengan cepat sehingga dapat meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi kerja bagi seluruh pengguna sistem.
