Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted on a CV Galang Putra Bartim, the company is engaged in the field of General Contractor and Supplier Services. As for the problems found in the payroll system are applied in Galang Putra CV. Bartimstill using MS. Excel, so that the calculation of the salariesare still not effective and frequent occurrence of the input mistake of absence and hours of overtime. In this analysis the design method used is the method systems development SDLC waterfall model in this study the author proposes a system of payroll employees. Data collection techniques used such as interviews, observations and studiesof the literature. The expected results of the researcherswas able to assist in the calculation of the employee's salary on a CV. Galang Putra Bartim. Keywords: System Design, Analysis, Payroll ABSTRAKSI Penelitian ini dilakukan pada CV. Galang Putra Bartim, perusahaan tersebut bergerak dalam bidang General Contractor Jasa Dan Supplier. Adapun permasalah yang terdapat pada sistem penggajian yang diterapkan di CV. Galang Putra Bartim masih menggunakan MS.Excel, sehingga perhitungan gaji masih belum efektif dan sering terjadinya kesalahan input absen dan jam lembur. Dalam analisa perancangan ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan sistem SDLC dengan model waterfall dalam penelitian ini penulis mengusulkan sebuah Sistem Penggajian Karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan seperti hasil wawancara, pengamatan dan studi pustaka. Hasil yang diharapkan peneliti adalah dapat membantu dalam perhitungan gaji karyawan pada CV. Galang Putra Bartim. Kata Kunci : Sistem, Penggajian, Analisa Perancangan
