Abstract

ABSTRACT Brands and specifications of sedan cars today are very diverse. Of course it is very difficult to determine a suitable car and according to taste. The number of criteria that affect the purchase of a car sedan such as price, engine capacity, power generated, the resulting torque, the transmission used, the number of passengers that can be loaded, the number of features that are provided and aftersales price. This makes many people especially the people who are lay with automotive confused when about to buy a car. To overcome this problem required a decision support system built specifically to help provide support support sedan car selection. "Decision Support System Of Sedan Car Selection Using Weighted Product Method Based Android" is a research that aims to solve the problem of decision making by using one method of Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) that is Weighted Product. This research is expected to overcome the problem of decision making when about to buy a car sedan by providing the best choice of support and is expected to cover the weakness in previous research Keywords : Android, Decision Support System, FMADM, Sedan, Weighted Product ABSTRAK Mobil sedan saat ini sangat beraneka ragam merk dan spesifikasinya. Tentu sangat sulit untuk menentukan mobil yang cocok dan sesuai dengan selera. Banyaknya kriteria yang mempengaruhi dalam pembelian mobil sedan seperti harga, kapasitas mesin, tenaga yang dihasilkan, torsi yang dihasilkan, transmisi yang digunakan, jumlah penumpang yang dapat dimuat, banyaknya fitur yang disediakan serta harga purna jual. Hal ini membuat banyak orang khususnya yang awam bingung saat hendak membeli mobil. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini diperlukan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang dibangun khusus untuk membantu memberikan bantuan dukungan pemilihan mobil sedan. “Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Mobil Sedan Dengan Metode Weighted Product Berbasis Android” merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan pengambilan keputusan tersebut dengan menggunakan salah satu metode Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) yaitu Weighted Product. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan pengambilan keputusan saat hendak membeli mobil sedan dengan memberikan dukungan pilihan terbaik serta diharapkan dapat menutupi kelemahan pada penelitian sebelumnya. Kata Kunci : Android, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, FMADM, Sedan, Weighted Product
