Abstract

ABSTRAK Health Safety and Environment (HSE) adalah suatu ilmu pengetahuan dan penerapannya dalam usaha mencegah kemungkinan terjadinya kecelakaan dan penyakit akibat kerja. Di dalam HSE terdapat dua proteksi kebakaran yaitu aktif dan pasif, dari kedua itu penulis memilih proteksi aktif dalam penelitiannya. Sarana proteksi kebakaran aktif berupa alat ataupun instalasi yang disiapkan untuk mendeteksi dan atau memadamkan kebakaran. HSE bertugas untuk mengecek kelayakan dari sarana tersebut. Permasalahan yang terdapat dari HSE ini adalah bentuk laporan yang masih manual dengan menggunakan kertas dan tidak terintegrasi dengan baik. Penulis melakukan penelitiannya untuk membuat suatu aplikasi berbasis android yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah bagi HSE dalam membuat laporan kepada supervisor lalu di sampaikan kepada hanya dengan menggunakan perangkat smartphone. Penulis juga berharap agar aplikasi ini dapat diterapkan oleh perusahaan lain khusus di bidang HSE. Penelitian ini dibuat dengan metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara (interview) dan metode pengembangan dengan waterfall yang meliputi perencanaan, analisis, desain, implementasi dan pemeliharaan sistem. Kata kunci : perancangan, Health Safety and Environment (HSE), android,manajemen kebakaran, waterfall dan proteksi aktif. ABSTRACT Health Safety and Environment (HSE) is a science and its application in preventing the possibility of accidents and occupational diseases. In the HSE there are two active and passive fire protection, from which both authors choose active protection in their research. Active fire protection means tools or installations prepared to detect and / or extinguish fires. The HSE is tasked with checking the feasibility of the facility. The problems that exist from this HSE is a form of report that is still manual by using paper and not well integrated. The author conducted his research to create an android based application that aims to simplify the HSE in making reports to the supervisor and then conveyed to only by using a smartphone device. The author also hopes that this application can be applied by other companies specialized in the field of HSE. This research was made with data collection method by interview (interview) and development method with waterfall covering planning, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance of system.
