Abstract
ABSTRACT Producing soldiers with high quality and competitiveness is the goal of the TNI purpose. Determining the quality is not an easy matter. Therefore, the holding of various tests conducted by the TNI to produce soldiers who deserve to be sent out of the country, one of which is a computer literacy test. The making of this computer literacy test information system using prototype method as system development method and using Unified Modeling Language method as analytical method as well as produce a system that will facilitate Pusinfolahta in performing assessment in real time and will assist in assessing soldier name’s deserve to be sent out for assignment aboard by quickly and easily. Keywords: Web Aplication, Test Literation Computer , Prototype, UML, Pusinfolahta TNI ABSTRAKSI Menghasilkan para prajurit yang mempunyai kwalitas dan daya saing yang tinggi adalah tujuan TNI. Menentukan yang berkwalitas bukanlah perkara mudah. Untuk itu diadakannya berbagai tes yang dilakukan TNI agar dihasilkan prajurit yang layak dikirim keluar negri, salah satunya adalah tes literasi komputer. Pembuatan sistem informasi tes literasi komputer ini menggunakan metode prototype sebagai metode pengembangan sistem serta menggunakan motede Unified Modeling Language sebagai metode analisis serta menghasilkan sebuah sistem yang akan mempermudah Pusinfolahta dalam melakukan penilaian secara real time dan akan membantu dalam menilai prajurit nama yang layak dikirim untuk penugasan keluar negri secara cepat dan mudah. Kata kunci : Aplikasi Web, Tes Literasi Komputer, Prototype, UML, Pusinfolahta TNI
