Abstract

ABSTRACTION Technological developments that are so rapidly today also have an impact on the progress of the advancement of the Indonesian National Army in its service to the Nation and the State. Referring to that, Puskersin TNI as Balakpus under the TNI Headquarters that has Technological developments that are so rapidly today also have an impact on the progress of the advancement of the Indonesian National Army in its service to the Nation and the State. Referring to that, Puskersin TNI as Balakpus under the TNI Headquarters that has the main duty to assist the TNI Commander in formulating policies, organizing activities of international cooperation within the TNI also must participate in following every situation and technology development today. Companies, offices and businessmen already many who have been using information technology optimally, one of which is web-based information systems. The system that runs so far is still manual, ie each Pokmin submits goods needs by typing using Microsoft Word and Excel, then collected in Staff Taud and reconstituted by new Taud Staff submitted to obtain approval for purchasing. The process is felt slow and ineffective, so need to make improvements in the implementation of goods inventory activities and office ATK. Web inventory information system is needed based on the web to facilitate the work of Pokmin, Admin, logistics staff and Leaders to be able to enter data submissions, requests, purchases and stock of goods and reports accurately and quickly. Starting from the process of collecting data taken from submission pokmin each part, filed goods and ATK office needs to the leadership, the purchase of goods to suppliers, make report inventory and report as a whole can be done effectively and efficiently, so the process of inventory system goods in TNI Puskersin work units can run well. The ability of Taud and Pokmin Staff should be able to adjust to the system that will be applied in order to assist in the task. Puskersin TNI in this case want to change from semi computerization to web based information system. Then made a system of goods information in the work unit Puskersin TNI web-based. Analysis of goods inventory system is done through SWOT analysis, system design is depicted with UML modeling, programming language used is php, database using My SQL. So it is possible in the use of these applications can provide data quickly and accurately and effectively and efficiently. Starting from the process of collecting data taken from submission pokmin each part, filed goods and ATK office needs to the leadership, the purchase of goods to suppliers, make report inventory and report as a whole can be done effectively and efficiently, so the process of inventory system goods in TNI Puskersin work units can run well. Keywords: Inventory, Goods and ATK office Puskersin TNI http://digilib.mercubuana.ac.id ii ABSTRAK Perkembangan Teknologi yang sedemikian pesatnya dewasa ini juga berdampak terhadap gerak majunya Tentara Nasional Indonesia didalam pengabdiannya kepada Bangsa dan Negara. Merujuk hal tersebut, Puskersin TNI sebagai Balakpus dibawah Mabes TNI yang mempunyai tugas pokok membantu Panglima TNI didalam merumuskan kebijakan, mengorganisasikan kegiatan kerja sama internasional di lingkungan TNI juga wajib ikut serta dalam mengikuti setiap perkembangan situasi maupun teknologi dewasa ini. Perusahaan, perkantoran maupun pebisnis sudah banyak yang telah menggunakan teknologi informasi dengan optimal, salah satunya yaitu sistem informasi berbasis web. Sistem yang berjalan selama ini adalah masih bersifat manual yaitu tiap-tiap Pokmin mengajukan kebutuhan barang dengan cara diketik menggunakan Microsoft Word dan Excel, kemudian dikumpulkan di Staf Taud dan dihimpun kembali oleh Staf Taud baru diajukan kepimpinan guna mendapatkan persetujuan pembelian. Proses tersebut dirasakan lambat dan tidak efektif, Sehingga perlu melakukan pembenahan didalam pelaksanaan kegiatan inventory barang dan ATK kantor. Diperlukan sistem informasi inventory barang berbasis web guna memudahkan pekerjaan para Pokmin, Admin, staf logistik dan Pimpinan untuk dapat memasukkan data pengajuan, permintaan, pembelian dan stok barang serta laporan yang akurat dan cepat. Mulai dari proses pengumpulan data-data yang diambil dari pengajuan pokmin tiap-tiap bagian, mengajukan kebutuhan barang dan ATK kantor kepada pimpinan, pembelian barang ke supplier, membuat laporan stok barang dan laporan secara keseluruhan dapat dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien, sehingga proses sistem inventory barang di satuan kerja Puskersin TNI dapat berjalan dengan baik. Kemampuan Staff Taud dan Pokmin harus dapat menyesuaikan dengan sistem yang akan diterapkan agar dapat membantu didalam tugasnya. Puskersin TNI dalam hal ini ingin merubah dari semi komputerisasi kepada sistem informasi berbasis web. Maka dibuatlah sistem informasi barang di satuan kerja Puskersin TNI berbasis web. Analisa terhadap sistem inventory barang dilakukan melalui analisa SWOT, perancangan sistem digambarkan dengan pemodelan UML, bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah php, database menggunakan My SQL. Sehingga dimungkinkan didalam penggunaan aplikasi tersebut dapat menyediakan data yang cepat dan akurat serta efektif dan efisien. Mulai dari proses pengumpulan data-data yang diambil dari pengajuan pokmin tiaptiap bagian, mengajukan kebutuhan barang dan ATK kantor kepada pimpinan, pembelian barang ke supplier, membuat laporan stok barang dan laporan secara keseluruhan dapat dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien, sehingga proses sistem inventory barang di satuan kerja Puskersin TNI dapat berjalan dengan baik.
