Abstract
ABSTRACT Faculty of computer science (FASILKOM) University of Mercu Buana (UMB) in order to improve the performance of human resources (related against the lecturer) periodically already carry out performance evaluation faculty at the end of each lecture. The evaluation is intended to seek an increase in the teaching and learning process. Based on evaluation results, will be obtained an overview of the value of the work of professors during one semester. Evaluation activities are an ongoing lecturer has some obstacles. Because the process of evaluation of lecturers is still done manually. To overcome these problems required a change of the system evaluation system manual is an information system web-based evaluation of lecturers. Thus all processes in the activity the evaluation of lecturers can be done online, both in the input process questionnaire as well as the presentation of the report. The presence of the professor's evaluation activities done online can be helpful in doing the decision making to get the best lecturers recommendations using ELECTRE methods. Approach to the development of systems using a model Waterfall with use case diagrams, class diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams as tools for design as well as PHP and MySql coding as a tool of the computer. Keywords: Performance Evaluation of Lecturers, ELECTRE Method, Waterfall ABSTRAK Fakultas Ilmu Komputer (FASILKOM) Universitas Mercu Buana (UMB) dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja sumber daya manusia (terkait terhadap dosen) secara berkala sudah melaksanakan evaluasi kinerja dosen di setiap akhir perkuliahan. Evaluasi tersebut dimaksudkan untuk mengupayakan peningkatan dalam proses belajar mengajar yang berkelanjutan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, akan diperoleh gambaran dari nilai kerja dosen selama satu semester. Kegiatan evaluasi dosen yang sedang berjalan memiliki beberapa hambatan. Karena proses evaluasi dosen masih dilakukan secara manual. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan suatu perubahan sistem yaitu dari sistem evaluasi dosen manual menjadi sistem informasi evaluasi dosen berbasis web. Dengan demikian maka semua proses dalam kegiatan evaluasi dosen dapat dilakukan secara online, baik dalam proses input kuesioner maupun penyajian laporan. Adanya kegiatan evaluasi dosen yang dilakukan secara online dapat membantu dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi dosen terbaik dengan menggunakan metode ELECTRE. Pendekatan pengembangan sistem menggunakan model Waterfall dengan use case diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram, activity diagram sebagai alat perancangan serta PHP dan MySql sebagai alat pengkodean komputer.
