Abstract

Dalam Tugas Akhir di sini penulis ingin merancang suatu mesin pengaduk berbagai macam bahan baku bangunan yang nantinya akan dihasilkan produk yang banyak dan bermutu lebih baik, karena itu penulis mencoba merancang dan membuat mesin pengaduk ini secara sederhana dan diusahakan tidak mahal . Dari hasil Abstraksi varian 1 mempunyai nilai 6,8 variani 2 mempunyai nilai 6,72 varian 3 mempunyai nilai 6,8 dan varian 4 mempunyai nila 7,07 Sehingga dari hasil tersebut dipilih Varian 4 sesuai dengan standar perancangan, dengan spesifikasi teknik: · Kapasitas Daya Motor : 963 Watt · Ukuran Diameter Poros/Shaft : 30 mm · Menggunakan Plat Dengan Ketebalan : 6 mm · Menggunakan Bantalan Tipe UCP 206 · Alat Pengaduk Terbuat Dari Baja Stainlees Steel · Berat Besi Tanpa Beban 150 kg
