Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of the information systems and computer technology those increase rapidly nowadays, causing the community’s need of accurate, fast, and exact information. It encourages companies to improve their sales and marketing systems by shifting from real-word activities to virtual activities, or it usually called e-commerce. E-commerce or electronic sales not only offer goods, but also provide online services. HOME CARE web-based is one of the online services in the health field, which created to facilitates public to obtain information and nursing services in a professional. The method and tools used in this application is waterfall, which is connected to internet network, PHP and MySQL. This final assignment report will described the activities in each developmental stage. The implementation of this HOME CARE is limited to nurse selection, the way to access through the web browser only, and also on way of payment which only can be done by transfer. In the final stage of software development, there will be an evaluation to find the weakness of the system and then to improve it. Keywords: E-commerce, Home Care, PHP, MySQL ABSTRAK Perkembangan sistem informasi dan teknologi komputer yang semakin pesat saat ini, menyebabkan adanya kebutuhan masyarakat akan kualitas informasi yang akurat, cepat, dan tepat. Hal ini mendorong perusahaan-perusahaan untuk memperbaiki sistem penjualan dan pemasaran mereka dengan beralih dari aktivitas di dunia nyata (real) ke dunia maya (virtual), atau yang biasa disebut dengan e-commerce. E-commerce atau penjualan elektronik tidak hanya menawarkan barang, namun juga menyediakan jasa dalam bentuk online. HOME CARE berbasis web ini merupakan salah satu penyedia jasa online dalam bidang kesehatan, yang dibuat untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam mendapatkan informasi dan layanan perawat secara profesional. Metode dan perangkat yang digunakan dalam aplikasi ini adalah waterfall, yang terkoneksi di jaringan internet, PHP dan MySQL. Laporan tugas akhir ini akan menguraikan aktivitas-aktivitas yang dihasilkan pada masing-masing tahap pengembangan. Implementasi untuk HOME CARE ini dibatasi pada pemilihan jenis perawat, cara mengakses yang hanya melalui web browser, juga pada cara pembayaran yang hanya bisa dilakukan secara transfer. Pada tahap akhir pengembangan perangkat lunak, dilakukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui kekurangan sistem dan untuk kemudian memperbaikinya. Kata kunci : Penjualan Elektronik, Home Care, PHP, MySQL
