Abstract

Electronic Data Capture (EDC) merupakan salat Satu Teknologi Yang sangat populer di dunia perbankkan dengan concept Proses Data Berbasis digital. Pertumbuhan layanan transaksi non tunai dengan menggunakan EDC membutuhkan ketersediaan bandwidth yang memadai untuk menjamin keberhasilan suatu transaksi. Input data bandwidth, diperoleh dengan menggunakan data inbound dan outbound dari data histori transaksi mesin EDC. Data inbound dan outbound dimanfaatkan untuk mengetahui nilai optimal bandwidth, yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan Fuzzy Logic dengan metode Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System ( ANFIS ). Data Output yang dihasilkan digunakan sebagai acuan dalam melakukan review kebutuhan bandwidth Kata kunci : Bandwidth, Electronic Data Capture, Fuzzy logic.===Electronic Data Capture (EDC) is one of the most popular technology in the banking system with the concept of digital based data process.merupakan.The growth of non cash transaction services using edc requires adequate bandwith availability to ensure the success of transaction. Input data bandwith obtained by using inbound and outbound data from the result of transaction history of edc machine. Both inbound and outbound data are used to predict the bandwith requirements performed by fuzzy logic approach with Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System ( ANFIS ) methode.The resulting output data is used as reference in reviewing the bandwith requirements.
