Abstract

ABSTRAK Pemeliharaan pada transformator merupakan hal yang wajib dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa tranformator siap untuk dibebani hal ini dikarenakan peran transformator yang sangat vital bagi system penyaluran tenaga listrik. Di PT. PLN (Persero) berdasarkan SK DIR 0520 pemeliharaan transformator dilakuan secara berkala tiap dua tahunan, pemeliharaan dilakukan meliputi In Service Measurement dan Shutdown Measurement. Kondisi sekarang ini, In Service Measurement menjadi suatu hal yang harus diutamakan oleh PT. PLN (Persero) bagaimana memastikan kondisi kesiapan operasi transformator secara online tanpa melakukan pemadaman terhadap konsumen. Salah satu pengujian In Service Measurement yang dilakukan adalah pengujian DGA (Dissolved Gas Analysis). Pengujian Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA) digunakan untuk mengetahui kondisi transformator apakah kondisi normal atau tidak dari jumlah komposisi gas-gas terlarut dalam minyak transformator. Terdapat enam metode analisa pengujian DGA, yaitu TDCG, Key Gasses, Ratio Roger’s, Ratio Doernenburg, Duval Triangel dan Ratio CO2/CO. Pada penulisan Tugas Akhir ini, penulis hanya akan menggunakan empat metode analisa, yaitu TDCG, Key Gasses, Ratio Roger’s dan Duval Triangle. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian DGA Transformator#3 150/20 kV Gardu Induk Cibatu mengindikasikan telah terjadi arching (short circuit) pada internal Transformator#3 150/20 kV GI Cibatu hal ini dapat kita lihat dari kenaikan yang sangat signifikan pada konsentrasi gas Asetelin (C2H2) dari pengujian sebelumya 0 ppm menjadi 36 ppm. Direkomendasikan untuk dilakukan pengujian Shutdown Measurement antara lain: Tahanan Isolasi, Tangen Delta Winding, Ratio dan Sweep Frequency Response Analysis (SFRA). Hasil pengujian Shutdown Measurement juga mengindikasikan telah terjadi short circuit pada intenal Transformaotr#3 150/20 kV Gardu Induk Cibatu. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dan pengujian yang telah dilakukan pada penelitian ini, Transformator#3 150/20 kV Gardu Induk Cibatu tidak direkomendasikan untuk dibebai (dikeluarkan dari sistem) untuk dilakukan investigasi lebihlanjut. Kata kunci: DGA, In Service Measuremen, Shutdown Measurement, SFRA, TDCG, Ppm, Asetelin ABSTRACT Maintenance of the transformer is mandatory to ensure that the transformer is ready to be burdened because of the transformer's role, which is vital for the electrical power distribution system. In PT. PLN (Persero) based on SK DIR 0520 transformer maintenance is conducted regularly every two years, maintenance is carried out, including In-Service Measurement and Shutdown Measurement. At present conditions, In-Service Measurement is a matter that must be prioritized by PT. PLN (Persero) how to ensure the readiness of transformer operating conditions online without blackout consumers. One of the In-Service Measurement tests conducted is the DGA (Dissolved Gas Analysis) test. Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA) test is used to determine whether the transformer's condition is normal or not from the composition of the dissolved gases in transformer oil. There are six analysis methods for DGA testing: TDCG, Key Gasses, Roger's Ratio, Doernenburg Ratio, Duval Triangel, and CO2 / CO Ratio. At the writing of this Final Project, the author will only use four analytical methods, namely TDCG, Key Gasses, Ratio Roger's, and Duval Triangle. Based on the results of the DGA Transformer test # 3 150/20 kV, the Cibatu substation indicates that there has been an arching (short circuit) on the Transformer # 3 150/20 kV GI Cibatu internal. From the previous test, 0 ppm to 36 ppm. Shutdown Measurement testing is recommended for Insulation Resistance, Tangent Delta Winding, Ratio, and Sweep Frequency Response Analysis (SFRA). The Shutdown Measurement test results also indicate that a short circuit has occurred on the internal Transformaotr # 3 150/20 kV Cibatu substation. Based on the analysis and testing results that have been carried out in this study, the Transformer # 3 150/20 kV Cibatu substation is not recommended to be loaded (removed from the system) for further investigation.
