Abstract
This Professional Practice Report was made in addition to gaining insight into the practitioner as well as a vehicle and a means to form a skilled workforce. Professional Practice is also a program for students to develop their abilities and qualities in the world of work. Praktikan chose practice at PT HEBSA Indonesia for 80 working days, which is an architectural consulting company located at Jalan Persada Raya No.48 Ruko Unit 2, RT.3, RW.15, Menteng Dalam, Tebet, South Jakarta, because the practitioner wants to know the work process of an institution in managing a project, wants to know the stages in planning finalize the project and learn the mechanism of work of an institution by looking directly at the principles of work. During the implementation of the Professional Practice praktikan was assigned to revise some work drawings on the Campus project in the form of floor plans, looks, pieces, 3 dimensions, namely Unpad Pangandaran Campus located on Jalan Cintaratu, Cintaratu, Parigi, Ciamis Regency, Pangandaran, West Java. After implementing the Professional Practice, the practitioner can draw the conclusion that in order to obtain a project, there are several processes that must be passed including, the appointment of preparing a TOR (Term Of Reference), submitting a project proposal, following the project competition, tender design, presentation, and planning drawings. Laporan Praktik Profesi ini dibuat selain untuk memperoleh wawasan praktikan juga sebagai sebagai wahana serta sarana untuk membentuk tenaga kerja yang terampil. Praktik Profesi juga merupakan sebuah program untuk mahasiswa dalam mengembangkan kemampuan dan kualitas diri pada dunia kerja. Praktikan memilih praktik di PT HEBSA Indonesia selama 80 hari kerja, yang merupakan perusahaan konsultan arsitektur yang berlokasi di Jalan Persada Raya No.48 Ruko Unit 2, RT.3, RW.15, Menteng Dalam, Tebet, Jakarta Selatan, karena praktikan ingin mengetahui proses kerja suatu intansi dalam mengelola suatu proyek, ingin mengetahui tahapan dalam perencanaan mendesai proyek dan mempelajari mekanisme kerja suatu intansi dengan melihat secara langsung tentang prinsip – prinsip kerja. Selama melaksanakan Praktik Profesi praktikan ditugaskan untuk melakukan revisi beberapa gambar kerja pada proyek Kampus yang berupa denah, tampak, potongan, 3 dimensi, yaitu Kampus Unpad Pangandaran yang berada di Jalan Cintaratu, Cintaratu, Parigi, Kabupaten Ciamis, Pangandaran Jawa Barat. Setelah melaksanakan Praktik Profesi, praktikan dapat menarik kesimpulan bahwa untuk mendapatkan suatu proyek maka ada beberapa proses yang harus dilewati diantaranya, penunjukan menyusun TOR (Term Of Reference), pengajuan usulan proyek, mengikuti sayembara proyek, tender desain, presentasi, dan gambar perencanaan. Kata Kunci: Praktik Profesi, Konsultan Asitektur.
