Abstract

ABSTRAK Analisa proses produksi merupakan hal yang harus dilakukan sebelum dimulainya proses produksi, dimana hal tersebut merupakan tahap menentukan segala kebutuhan produksi, aliran proses produksi dan tata letak area dalam proses produksi dengan mengikuti permintaan pelanggan dalam segi kualitas dan kuantitas yang diminta. Kesempurnaan dan kelancaran pada segala proses adalah keinginan manajemen perusahaan, karena hal tersebut sangat berperan dalam peningkatan profit, nama baik perusahaan dalam segi kualitas dan kepuasan pelanggan. Namun, kegagalan dalam setiap proses memiliki segala kemungkinan dapat terjadinya kegagalan. Maka, analisa proses produksi yang baik sangatlah penting. Dengan metode P-FMEA (Process – Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) setiap proses dapat dianalisa segala bentuk kegagalannya. Proses yang telah dianalisa tidaklah cukup hanya pada analisa saja, tapi harus dianalisa segala bentuk kegagalannya sebelum dimulainya proses percobaan dan proses produksi. Hal tersebut bertujuan untuk meminimalisir segala bentuk kegagalan dalam setiap proses dan mengurangi kerugian pada perusahaan. Pada analisa proses produksi akan menghasilkan diagram aliran proses dan kemudian pada setiap proses akan dianalisa kegagalannya menggunakan tabel P-FMEA dengan menentukan nilai RPN (Risk Priority Number) berdasarkan perkalian antara Severity, Occurance dan Detection. Kata Kunci : Analisa Proses, P-FMEA, Analisa Kegagalan, Kualitas, Produksi ABSTRACT Analysis of the production process is the things to do before the start of the production process, where it is the stage of determining all the needs of production, the flow of the production process and the layout of the area in the production process by following customer demand in terms of quality and quantity demanded. Perfection and fluency in every process is desire of company's management, because it is so instrumental in increasing profits, the company's reputation in terms of quality and customer satisfaction. However, failure in every process has any possibility of failure mode. Thus, analysis of the production process is important. With the P-FMEA method (Process - Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) each process can be analyzed all forms of failure. The process that has been analyzed is not enough just to analysis only, but should be analyzed all forms of failure before the start of the trial and the production process. It aims to minimize all forms of failure in every process and reduce losses to the company. In the analysis of the production process will produce a flow diagram of the process and then at each failure process will be analyzed using the P-FMEA table to determine the value of the RPN (Risk Priority Number) by multiplication of Severity, occurance and Detection.
