Abstract

Human resources (HR) is one of the important assets in the establishment of a company. The potential success of a company can be known through the quality of the existing HR inside it. Having employees with optimal levels of productivity in working hours is expected by the company to achieve system stability. On the other hand, the level of discipline, responsibility, and the busyness each individual cannot be generalized. A large number of human resources owned by each company and the focus of work that is different from one another makes it difficult for the managerial to provide an assessment in accordance with the results of the activities carried out by each individual. The aim of this paper was to develop applications that are used for taking notes and controlling the productivity of each employee for the work done. Every employee has to report activities in the use of work time and a Project Manager can control the results of the report. Through existing data sources, then the application will process of assessments given by Project Managers or superiors using the Simple Additive Weighting method to produce employee performance productivity ranked. Besides that, researchers add another feature to the Project Manager in managing and monitoring the budget of each project. Transparency of information result can be used as a managerial company as a determinant of whether employees deserve to get bonuses and promotions of positions fairly. Key words: timesheet, productivity, Simple Additive Weighting. Sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan salah satu aset penting dalam berdirinya sebuah perusahaan. Potensi keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dapat diketahui melalui kualitas SDM yang ada di dalamnya. Memiliki karyawan dengan tingkat produktivitas optimal dalam penggunaan jam kerja menjadi hal yang diharapkan perusahaan demi tercapainya kestabilan sistem. Disisi lain, tingkat kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, dan kesibukan yang dimiliki masing-masing individu tidak dapat disamaratakan. Banyaknya jumlah SDM yang dimiliki setiap perusahaan serta fokus pekerjaan yang berbeda satu sama lain membuat pihak manajerial mendapatkan kesulitan untuk memberikan penilaian sesuai dengan hasil aktivitas yang dikerjakan oleh setiap individu. Penelitian ini membawa penulis untuk mengembangkan aplikasi yang digunakan untuk pencatatan dan pengontrolan produktivitas setiap karyawan atas pekerjaan yang dilakukan. Setiap karyawan berhak melaporkan aktivitas dalam pemakaian waktu kerja dan Project Manager dapat mengontrol hasil dari laporan tersebut. Melalui sumber data yang ada, selanjutnya aplikasi akan membantu pengolahan penilaian yang diberikan Project Manager atau atasan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting untuk menghasilkan peringkat produktivitas kinerja karyawan. Selain produktivitas karyawan, peneliti menambahkan fitur lain untuk Project Manager dalam mengatur dan memantau anggaran setiap project. Transparansi Informasi yang dihasilkan dapat dijadikan pihak manajerial perusahaan sebagai penentu apakah karyawan layak untuk mendapatkan bonus maupun promosi jabatan secara adil.
