Abstract
Project Management is a planning, organizing, managing in working on an object to be able to achieve the objectives in the project. It cannot be denied if in a company there must be a project that piles up and tools are needed to organize and manage the project. Those who are currently running are still using paper as a media between the draft makers of the project which must be manual as well as in terms of approval from the project and later executed by the executor. Because of this, a system needed as a place to accommodate all projects that were still manually using paper into web application that will later make, approval, progress updates in a project can be fully done on one platform, web base. In this study, the application use the Campbell Dudek and Smith algorithm. With the application of CDS algorithm, can help developers calculate projectd deadline and can choose which projects are more priority. To software project management applications was carried out to help the team understand the project. The task list menu is included to see what projects have been submitted by the business team and must be executed by the executor concerned. A guide is provided to guide employees in using this web management project and a team monitoring menu which later on the user manager level can monitor the percentage of projects that have been done by their subordinates. In this application, it is expected to help optimize employee performance in managing the project so that accurate, relevant and detailed results can be created for a project and the team concerned in the project. Key words: Approval, Campbell Dudek and Smith, project management, research, web Manajemen Projek adalah sebuah perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengelolaan dalam mengerjakan suatu objek untuk dapat mencapai tujuan – tujuan dalam projek tersebut. Tidak bisa di pungkiri jika di dalam suatu perusahaan pasti terdapat projek yang menumpuk dan diperlukan tools untuk mengorganisasikan dan mengelola projek tersebut secara rapi dan terperinci dari terbentuknya suatu projek dan akhirnya dapat di deliver ke eksekutor. Perencanaan yang baik perlu diimbangi dengan pelaksanaan yang sesuai karena banyak dari proyek yang gagal karena kurangnya perencanaan. Yang sekarang berjalan masih menggunakan kertas sebagai media antara pembuat draft projek yang harus manual juga dalam segi approval dari pada projek tersebut dan nantinya di eksekusi oleh eksekutor. Karena hal tersebut, diperlukan sebuah sistem sebagai wadah untuk menampung semua projek yang tadinya masih manual menggunakan kertas menjadi sebuah aplikasi web yang nantinya pembuatan, approval, update progress dalam sebuah projek dapat full di lakukan di satu platform yaitu web base. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan penerapan algoritma Campbell Dudek and Smith (CDS) pada aplikasi manajemen proyek perangkat lunak untuk membantu tim dalam memahami proyek. Dengan penerapan algoritma CDS dapat membantu developer dalam mengurutkan projek yang produksinya paling minimum untuk segera di eksekusi. Dalam aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu mengoptimalkan kinerja karyawan dalam memanajemen projek sehingga dapat tercipta hasil yang akurat, relevan dan terperinci terhadap suatu projek dan tim yang bersangkutan dalam projek tersebut.
