Abstract
Community service is an activity that is very often found both in terms of handling population data, reporting new residents, submitting a cover letter and others. The number of new residents and guests present in the neighborhood does not report their population status, even though this is very important for local area management data if something happens or things that are not desirable. The processes of providing fast and easy community services and the provision of fast and efficient information are the wishes of every community and local environmental stewards. For this reason, the LanMas06 application was made to assist residents in taking care of their needs, as well as providing convenience to local environmental administrators in terms of providing services. In this study using the waterfall method approach. To analyze using the PIECES analysis method approach, PIECES analysis is well used to provide an overview of the solution. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the community and RW officials needed a system as a solution to their needs. Key words: Analysis, Design, Methods, PIECES Pelayanan masyarakat merupakan kegiatan yang sangat sering ditemui baik dalam hal pengurusan data kependudukan, pelaporan warga baru, pengajuan surat pengantar dan lain -lain. Banyaknya warga baru maupun tamu yang hadir di lingkungan warga tidak melaporkan status kependudukan mereka, padahal hal tersebut sangat penting bagi data pengurus wilayah setempat apabila terjadi sesuatu atau hal – hal yang tidak diinginkan. Proses – proses pemberian layanan masyarakat yang cepat dan mudah serta pemberian informasi yang cepat dan efisien merupakan keinginan setiap masyarakat maupun pengurus lingkungan setempat. Untuk itu dibuat aplikasi LanMas06 untuk membantu warga dalam mengurus kebutuhannya, serta memberikan kemudahan kepada pengurus lingkungan setempat dalam hal pemberian pelayanan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode waterfall. Untuk menganalisa menggunakan pendekatan metode analisa PIECES, analisa PIECES baik digunakan untuk memberikan gambaran solusi. Dari hasil analisa didapati hasil bahwa masyarakat serta pengurus RW membutuhkan suatu system sebagai solusi kebutuhan mereka. Kata kunci: Analisa, Perancangan, Metode, PIECES
