Abstract
Practical work (internship) is one of the compulsory courses in Mercu Buana University's Architectural Engineering. This practical work (internship) is also a form of relevance between the theories obtained during becoming an Architecture student with direct practice in the field. In this case, the project which is the object of observation of professional practice in this report is the Green Sedayu Apartment project in Cengkareng, West Jakarta. The company where the professional practice is carried out is PT. Panorama Bangun Lestari which acts as Project Construction Management and oversees Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) work. The composition of the report is based on the results of interviews, observations and data needed for the preparation of practical work reports. Based on this method, the results show that the process of making, installing and a number of issues related to the project concerning coordination among all parties involved in the process of the Green Sedayu Apartment project. Key Word: Internship, Green Sedayu Apartment, Mekanikal, Elektrikal and Plumbing Kerja praktik merupakan salah satu mata kuliah wajib yang ada di Teknik Arsitektur Universitas Mercu Buana. Kerja praktik ini juga sebagai bentuk relevansi antara teori yang didapat selama menjadi mahasiswa/i Arsitektur dengan praktik langsung dilapangan. Dalam hal ini, proyek yang menjadi objek pengamatan praktik profesi pada laporan ini adalah proyek Green Sedayu Apartment dikawasan Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat. Perusahaan tempat dilaksanaannya praktek profesi adalah PT. Panorama Bangun Lestari yang berperan sebagai Manajemen Konstruksi Proyek dan mengawasi pekerjaan Mekanikal, Elektrikal dan Plumbing (MEP). Susunan laporan berdasarkan hasil wawancara, observasi dan data-data yang diperlukan untuk penyusunan laporan kerja praktik. Berdasarkan metode tersebut mendapatkan hasil bahwa proses pembuatan, pemasangan dan beberapa masalah terkait dengan proyek tentang koordinasi disemua pihak yang terkaiit dalam proses terjadinya proyek Green Sedayu Apartment.
