Abstract

Many children still need to negotiate the boundaries of cultural and social present and limit their ability to be in touch with the on-line space. Scenario Planning Model that is used to handle uncertainty to get four alternative future environment which are the basis for choosing a course of action based on the goal, where Internet filtering Indonesia at the ISP level in some cases can be broken by using a software add-on Browser with the installation very easy , the guidelines are very abundant this has implications for the effectiveness of the filtering. From the web to get the nine categories 990 events with a probability of success of 72%. This article was compiled according to Scenario Planning phases of the model, which was first carried out is an interview about the government monitoring, researching the success rate of filtering software and then picture the past and future that gets propulsion uncertainty and future trends.
