Abstract

Motorbikes are an important means of transportation in various activities, especially in the Jakarta area which is famous for its traffic jams. By using a motorcycle that travels more efficiently.Therefore motorcycles need maintenance so that the condition of the motorcycle remains good and prime. In the automotive world, Bengkel Ku application provides repair, service, spare parts sales and motorcycle maintenance, ranging from periodic maintenance to motorcycle damage services by going directly to the location of the home or customer (Home Service). Not all motorcycle users know the damage that is experienced. Bengkel Ku application also designed a system to facilitate customers in diagnosing motorcycle damage using the Forward Chaining method which refers to expert knowledge or called Expert Systems. With Forward Chaining reasoning techniques, the detection is done by starting from a series of symptom questions that can later see the conclusion the type of damage to the motorcycle. This system is expected to help and provide solutions to existing problems and can improve service to customers. Keywords: Workshop, Forward Chaining, Expert System
