Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel Corporate Governance, Perencanaan Pajak Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Data diperoleh dengan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria (1) Perusahaan Jasa Keuangan Non Perbankkan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan konsisten ada selama periode penelitian (2) Perusahaan yang menyediakan laporan keuangan selama periode penelitian (3) Perusahaan Jasa Non Perbankkan tidak mengalami kerugian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa data-data yang digunakan didalam penelitian ini telah memenuhi asumsi klasik, yang meliputi: tidak terjadi gejala multikolinearitas, tidak terjadi gejala heteroskedastisitas dan data terdistribusi normal. Dari hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa variabel Perencanaan Pajak berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan jasa non perbankkan, dan untuk variabel Corporate Governance juga memiliki hasil yang sama yaitu berpengaruh negatif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini (Corporate Governance dan perencanaan pajak) secara bersama-sama tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan jasa non perbankkan periode 2013-2015. Kata Kunci : Corporate Governance, Perencanaan Pajak, Dan Nilai Perusahaan ABSTRACT This study was conducted to examine the effect of variables Corporate Governance, Tax Planning on the Value of the Company. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, with some criteria, those are: (1) Financial Services Company Non-banking listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange and still consistencly in the research period (2) Companies that provide the financial statements during the study period (3) Financial Services Company Non-banking did not suffer losses. The analysis show that the data used in this study have fulfilled classical assumptions, which include: no symptoms of multicollinearity, no symptoms of heteroskedastisitas and normally distributed data. From the regression analysis showed that the variables Tax Planning negatively affect on value of the company at Financial Services Company Non-banking, and for the Corporate Governance variables also have the same results that negatively affect on value of the company. The variables used in this study (Corporate Governance and tax planning) together does not affect to value of the Company on Financial Services Company Non-banking from 2013 to 2015 period.
