Abstract

Telkomsigma is an information and communication technology-based business support company that certainly holds several projects that work with suppliers to produce quality products at competitive prices. Business growth at PT Telkom Sigma which is increasingly rapid also has an impact on business risks, especially in managing supplier administration. The problems that are currently faced are such as correspondence and PO project contracts that are still carried out conventionally with the procedures applied to the administrative management of letters at PT. Telkomsigma starts from receiving, manufacturing, storing, documenting, to letter verification, all done conventionally. Documentation of letter administration letters is only in the form of writing in a ledger. Whereas at the filing stage the letter is only in the form of storage of hardcopy documents. The application of this method, makes the administrative management of PT. Telkomsigma is less effective and efficient. The implementation of supplier performance appraisal uses the waterfall method and uses PIECES analysis using the application of exponential comparison methods to achieve supplier performance that can improve performance so that it can achieve common goals. Keywords: exponential comparison methods, PIECES, waterfall, suppliers, projects Telkomsigma merupakan perusahaan penyedia layanan pendukung bisnis berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang tentunya memegang beberapa project yang bekerja sama dengan supplier menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas dengan harga yang bersaing. Pertumbuhan bisnis pada PT Telkom Sigma yang semakin pesat juga menimbulkan dampak resiko bisnis khususnya dalam pengelolaan administrasi supplier. Adapun permasalahan yang saat ini dihadapi adalah seperti surat menyurat dan kontrak PO project yang masih dilakukan secara konvensional dengan prosedur yang diterapkan pada manajemen administrasi surat pada PT. Telkomsigma mulai dari penerimaan, pembuatan, penyimpanan, pendokumentasian, hingga verifikasi surat, semua dilakukan secara konvensional. Dokumentasi surat administrasi surat hanya berupa penulisan di buku besar. Sedangkan pada tahap pengarsipan surat hanya berupa penyimpanan dokumen hardcopy. Penerapan metode tersebut, menjadikan manajemen administrasi surat PT. Telkomsigma kurang efektif dan efisien . Implementasi penilaian kinerja supplier menggunakan metode waterfall dan menggunakan analisa PIECES dengan menggunakan penerapan metode perbandingan eksponensial untuk mencapai kinerja supplier yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja sehingga akan dapat mencapai tujuan bersama.
