Abstract

Property is one business option that guarantees guaranteed profit value, because this business serves the provision of basic human needs and the increasing needs of people for property. Speaking of property problems, in Indonesia is inseparable from the name of the KPR (Kredit Pemilikan Rumah). The existence of KPR is certainly very helpful for the middle class people to own a house, but sometimes the burdensome thing is the quite large interest. Propsy application is a web-based property marketplace application specifically for Sharia properties. This application is expected to be a solution of the problems that exist for property search, in the context of Islamic property so that consumers can more easily find complete and accurate information without depending on brochures, banners or social media and easy booking property. Keywords: Sharia Property, Extreme Programming, Web, Marketplace Properti merupakan salah satu pilihan bisnis yang memberikan jaminan kepastian nilai keuntungan, karena bisnis ini melayani penyediaan kebutuhan pokok manusia dan semakin meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap properti. Bicara masalah properti, tentunya di Indonesia tak terlepas dengan yang istilah perumahan KPR (Kredit Pemilik Rumah). Adanya KPR tentunya sangat membantu masyarakat menengah kebawah untuk mempunyai rumah, namun kadang yang memberatkan adalah bunga nya yang cukup besar. Aplikasi Propsy adalah aplikasi marketplace properti berbasis web khusus properti Syariah. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi dari masalah yang ada untuk pencarian properti, dalam konteks properti syariah sehingga konsumen dapat lebih mudah mencari informasi lengkap dan akurat tanpa perlu mengandalkan brosur, spanduk ataupun media sosial serta memudahkan pemesanan properti.
