Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara Adversity Intelligence dengan Perilaku Kerja Inovatif pada karyawan dibidang konstruksi. Dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dan dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 111 subjek hipotesis yang di dapat dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa ada hubungan positif antara Adversity Intelligence dengan Perilaku Kerja Inovatif pada karyawan atau pakerja di bidang konstruksi. Alat ukur yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah skala ARP dari Stoltz (2000) dan skala IWB dari De Jong (2003). Pengambilan sample dilakukan dengan tehnik accidental sampling. Hasil dari penelitian diharapkan dapat memiliki manfaat dan gambaran bagi pelaku kerja dan usaha dibidang konstruksi dan bagi peneliti selanjutnya. Kata kunci: Perilaku Inovasi, Adversity Intelligence, Perusahaan Konstruksi This study was conducted to determine whether there is a relationship between Adversity Intelligence and Innovative Work Behavior on employees in the construction sector. With correlational quantitative research methods and with a total of 111 subjects, the hypothesis obtained in this study is that there is a positive relationship between Adversity Intelligence and Innovative Work Behavior on employees or workers in the construction sector. The measuring instrument used in this study is the ARP scale from Stoltz (2000) and the IWB scale from De Jong (2003). Sampling is done by accidental sampling technique.
