Abstract

Trans Property, anak perusahaan Trans Corp yang dimiliki pengusaha Chairul Tanjung, meluncurkan proyek properti terbaru Transpark Bintaro. Transpark Bintaro yang merupakan project properti terakhir di tahun ini, sudah mulai di bangun di Jalan Prof. Dr. Satrio, Pondok Jaya, Pondok Aren Bintaro Jaya Sektor 7, Kota Tangerang Selatan, Banten. Proyek properti terpadu atau mixed use development itu dibangun di atas lahan seluas 1,7 ha (ex. Carrefour) yang akan terdiri dari dua menara apartemen mencakup 1.400 unit hunian, 170 unit Small Office House Office (apartemen sekaligus tempat kerja) dan fasilitas komersial Transmart dengan total investasi mencapai Rp. 2 Triliun. Laporan Kerja Praktik yang kami buat ini memuat tentang proses pembangunan Proyek Transpark Bintaro. Yang akan dibahas yaitu metode pelaksanaan perbaikan beton keropos pada pekerjaan Shear Wall. Kata Kunci : Transpark Bintaro, Perbaikan Beton Keropos, Shear Wall
