Abstract

Pengendalian dalam proyek merupakan fungsi yang paling penting dalam pelaksanaan suatu proyek konstruksi. Pengendalian sebagai alat untuk membantu mengendalikan proyek, membantu pelaksanaan dan penyelesaian dalam suatu proyek konstruksi. Dalam pelaksanaan suatu proyek bisa mengalami keterlambatan, percepatan, ataupun tepat waktu sesuai jadwal rencana proyek. Dari segi biaya pelaksanaan suatu proyek bisa mengalami keuntungan ataupun kerugian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan Earned Value dalam memperkirakan biaya dan waktu pengerjaan proyek, apakah pelaksanaan proyek sesuai dengan waktu dan biaya yang direncanakan. Teknik pengendalian pada proyek yang diteliti dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode nilai hasil (earned value) yang merupakan upaya pengendalian terpadu pelaksanaan waktu proyek dengan aplikasi Kurva S. Metode nilai hasil ini mencakup rencana anggaran dan biaya (RAB), analisa harga satuan serta laporan kemajuan proyek diolah untuk mendapatkan BCWS (Budgeted Cost of Work Schedule), ACWP (Actual Cost of Work Performance), dan BCWP (Budgeted Cost of Work Performance). Dari hasil penerapan metode nilai hasil dan Kurva S diketahui sampai hasil tinjauan pada minggu ke – 50 didapatkan BCWS = Rp Rp.157.071.528; ACWP = Rp 207.021.550; BCWP = Rp 210.232.665; sedangkan varian biaya (CV) hingga minggu ke 50 adalah positif (+) sedangkan varian jadwal (SV) adalah positif (+). Dan dapat diketahui perkiraan biaya akhir proyek EAC (Estimate At Complete) adalah Rp. 3.925.695.458 dengan anggaran rencana sebesar Rp 3.986.587.000. Dari hasil diketahui pekerjaan selesai tepat waktu dan biaya lebih hemat. Kata kunci : Manajemen Waktu, Earned Value, Kurva S. The implementation of a project may experience delays, acceleration, or on time according to the project plan schedule. In terms of the cost of implementing a project can experience advantages or disadvantages. This study aims to determine how the application of Earned Value in estimating the cost and time of project execution, whether the project implementation was in accordance with the planned time and cost. The control technique in the project under study is carried out using the earned value method which is an integrated control effort for the implementation of project time with the S Curve application. This result value method includes budget and cost plans (RAB), unit price analysis and project progress reports processed to obtain BCWS (Budgeted Cost of Work Schedule), ACWP (Actual Cost of Work Performance), and BCWP (Budgeted Cost of Work Performance). The results of the application of the result value method, it is known that the results of the review in week 50 are obtained BCWS = Rp. 157,071,528; ACWP = IDR 207,021,550; BCWP = IDR 210,232,665; while the cost variance (CV) up to week 50 is positive (+) while the schedule variance (SV) is positive (+). And it can be seen that the final estimated cost of the EAC (Estimate At Complete) project is IDR 3,925,695,458 with a planned budget of IDR 3,986,587,000.
