Abstract

PT.RanselPro is a company ordering videography and advertising services, in the course of operations that exist in the existing service ordering system at PT.RanselPro is still done in a way that is still manual, by way of customers contacting PT.RanselPro to then be recorded by the admin, with how to order manually is certainly not effective because of the lack of information from the customer regarding what services are available at PT. RanselPro, therefore conducted in this study to develop a system design that can improve the ease of providing information to customers in the process of ordering services and admin in the process of recording customer needs at PT.RanselPro. in the system design that is done using the UML method and the system needs analysis is done by the PIECES Analysis method. Keyword : RanselPro,UML, PIECES analysis PT.RanselPro merupakan Perusahaan pemesanan jasa videography maupun iklan, dalam jalannya operasional yang ada pada sistem pemesanan jasa yang ada pada PT.RanselPro masih dilakukan dengan cara yang masih manual, yaitu dengan cara customer menghubungi PT.RanselPro untuk kemudian dilakukan pencatatan oleh admin, dengan cara pemesanan yang masih manual tentunya kurang efektif karena kurangnya informasi dari pihak customer terkait tentang jasa apa saja yang ada pada PT.RanselPro oleh karena itu dilakukan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan sebuah rancangan sistem yang mampu meningkatkan kemudahan pemberian informasi kepada customer dalam proses pemesanan jasa maupun admin dalam proses pencatatan kebutuhan customer pada PT.RanselPro. dalam perancangan sistem yang dilakukan menggunaka metode UML dan pada analisis kebutuhan sistem dilakukan dengan metode Analisis PIECES. Kata Kunci : RanselPro, UML, Analisis PIECES
