Abstract

PD. BPR Kerta Raharja is a bank that operates computer system in its banking service activities. Many service programs provided by the bank to customers one of which is the filing and lending activities, in which a program managed by the bank. But in the system of submission of credit in progress is still not computerized. In the service of submission of credit because it still uses manual system that is the use of paper in the process of filing credit. When there is a mistake in recording in an operational activities of the bank will be disrupted, consequently there are parties who feel harmed, especially on the reporting process. So as to generate data that is not accurate, and irrelevant so that the service process will be hampered. Thus, the need for information systems are increasingly longer, then a good system is needed to facilitate all the processes. In this study the authors use SWOT analysis method to analyze the required system. Keywords: Applying for Credit, PD. BPR Kerta Raharja, Unified Modeling Language. PD. BPR Kerta Raharja adalah suatu bank yang mengoperasikan Sistem Komputer dalam kegiatan pelayanan perbankannya. Banyak program pelayanan yang diberikan bank tersebut kepada para nasabah salah satunya adalah kegiatan pengelolaan kredit, dimana suatu program yang dikelola oleh bank tersebut. Namun dalam sistem pengelolaan kredit yang sedang berjalan masih belum terkomputerisasi. Dalam pelayanan pengelolaan kredit karena masih menggunakan sistem manual yaitu penggunaan kertas dalam proses pengajuan kredit. Ketika terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan dalam sebuah kegiatan operasional bank akan terganggu, akibatnya ada pihak yang merasa dirugikan, terutama pada proses laporan. Sehingga menimbulkan data yang tidak akurat, dan tidak relevan sehingga proses pelayananpun akan menjadi terhambat. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode analisis SWOT untuk menganalisa sistem yang dibutuhkan. Kata kunci : Pengajuan Kredit, PD. BPR Kerta Raharja, Unified Modelling Language.
