Abstract

Each company has an order fulfillment process to ensure goods are delivered to customers well. The process generally includes receipt of purchase orders from customers, from producing the goods until the delivery of finished goods. A good order fulfillment process can increase product demand from customers. At PT Mustanindo Prima Lestari, the fulfillment process has not been going well, where the inter-parts involved in the production process have not been well coordinated. As a result of this, the resulting information becomes inaccurate, hindering the order fulfillment process to the customer. To overcome these problems, the authors want to build an order fulfillment application that can coordinate the interdepartment within the company so that the information provided to be accurate related to customer orders. This application will be built using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method that combines the design with simultaneous development. With this application, the progress of each incoming command can be well controlled and the interconnection involved can be integrated. This allows order fulfillment process that occurs on PT Mustanindo Prima Lestari to run well and communications that occur inter-parts become effective.
