Abstract
Jak 08 city transportation is a city transportation in the Bendungan Hilir area of Jakarta that connects Benhill to ITC Roxy which has the route ITC Roxy - Simpang Blok E - Rususn Tanah Abang - Karet Station - Benhill Flat with a distance of about 7.2 kilometers, return the distance traveled 14.4 kilometers. The city of Jakarta also has a population of 3,200,000 and in Kota Tangerang has a population of 1,000,000 on the Jak 08 route which is a very densely populated route. With the increase in population mobility from Benhill to ITC Roxy or vice versa, the availability of public transportation that meets the requirements of smoothness, comfort and safety is demanded. This study uses the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method is used to find the standard of public transport services being studied. The results of this study indicate that the results of field trials regarding the performance analysis and passenger satisfaction of jaklingko-based city transport (Benhil Route - ITC Roxy) are in the good category. The results of the average intermediate time (headway) is 7 minutes, travel time is 12 hours, waiting time is 3.5 minutes and the start and end of the trip is 5:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. use it as a mode of transportation from Benhill to ITC Roxy or vice versa. Keywords: Public Transport R06A Route, Directorate General of Land Transportation, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), Headway Angkutan kota Jak 08 merupakan angkutan kota di wilayah Bendungan Hilir kota Jakarta yang menghubungkan antara Benhill sampai dengan ITC Roxy yang memiliki rute ITC Roxy – Simpang Blok E– Rususn Tanah Abang – Stasiun Karet– Rusun Benhill dengan jarak pergi sekitar 7,2 kilometer, pulang pergi jarak yang di tempuh 14,4 kilometer. Di daerah Kota jakarta juga memiliki jumlah penduduk 3.200.000 dan di Kota Tangerang memiliki jumlah penduduk 1.000.000 pada jalur trayek Jak 08 merupakan jalur yang sangat padat penduduk. Dengan meningkatnya mobilitas penduduk dari Benhill ke ITC Roxy ataupun sebaliknya, maka dituntut tersedianya angkutan umum yang memenuhi syarat-syarat kelancaran, kenyamanan dan keamanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) digunakan untuk mencari standar pelayanan angkutan umum yang sedang diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji coba dilapangan tentang Analisis kinerja dan kepuasan penumpang angkutan kota berbasis jaklingko (Rute Benhil – ITC Roxy) termasuk dalam kategori baik. Hasil dari Waktu Antara (Headway) rata – rata sebesar 7 menit, Waktu Perjalanan 12 jam, Waktu Tunggu 3,5 menit dan Awal dan Akhir Perjalanan jam 05:00 – 18:00, Dengan demikian Angkutan Umum Berbasis Jaklingko Jak 08 ini layak di gunakan sebagai salah satu moda transportasi dari Benhill menuju ITC Roxy ataupun sebaliknya.
