Abstract

Submission of work programs in student organizations is one of the processes that are passed before carrying out activities. Submission of activities in this work program is usually carried out regularly in each period. In the process of submitting the proposal, the Responsibility Sheet (LPJ) and the master plan of the student organization's activity work program are still done manually using google forms or the printed system which still relies on paper. This has several obstacles such as wasting a lot of money from the Student Organization (ORMAWA), file storage that is not systematically arranged, and the length of the submission process that Ormawa must go through to get to the Student Affairs Bureau (BIRMAWA) and excessive use of paper when printing proposals. , LPJ, and the master plan. In previous studies, there were shortcomings, namely not being able to monitor the system creation process and there was no Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to facilitate testing the system. The purpose of this research is to design a website-based student organization management application that is expected to overcome the problems faced by Ormawa and Birmawa. The method used in this research is the Scrum Method, which is more flexible to changes in system development. Scrum has several stages, namely Product Backlog, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. Tests in this study using the black box testing method with test results that prove that the system can run well as expected. The result of this research is to make an MOK application (Management of Student Organizations) which can simplify the process of data recapitulation, submission of proposals, LPJ, and Ormawa master plans as well as the effectiveness and efficiency of funds and time used. Keyword : Ormawa, Birmawa, Scrum, Black Box Testing Pengajuan program kerja dalam organisasi mahasiswa merupakan salah satu proses yang dilalui sebelum melaksanakan kegiatan. Pengajuan kegiatan dalam program kerja ini biasanya dilakukan secara rutin disetiap periodenya. Dalam proses penyerahan proposal, Lembar Pertanggung Jawaban (LPJ) dan masterplan program kerja kegiatan organisasi mahasiswa masih dilakukan secara manual dengan menggunakan google formulir maupun sistem cetak yang masih mengandalkan penggunaan kertas. Hal tersebut memiliki beberapa kendala seperti membuang banyak biaya dari pihak Organisasi Mahasiswa (ORMAWA), penyimpanan berkas yang tidak tersusun dengan sistematis, dan lamanya proses penyerahan yang harus dilalui ormawa hingga sampai ke Biro Kemahasiwaan (BIRMAWA) serta penggunaan kertas yang berlebihan saat melakukan pencetakan proposal, LPJ, dan masterplan tersebut. Pada penelitian sebelumnya terdapat kekurangan yaitu tidak dapat memantau proses pembuatan sistem dan tidak ada Minimum Viable Product (MVP) untuk memudahkan dalam melakukan testing pada sistem. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu membuat rancang bangun aplikasi manajemen organisasi kemahasiswaan berbasis website yang diharapkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi ormawa maupun birmawa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Metode Scrum dengan memiliki sifat yang lebih fleksibel terhadap perubahan dalam pengembangan sistem. Scrum memiliki beberapa tahapan yaitu Product Backlog, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, dan Sprint Retrospective. Pengujian pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode black box testing dengan hasil pengujian yang membuktikan bahwa sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai harapan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu membuat aplikasi MOK (Manajemen Organisasi Kemahasiswan) yang dapat mempermudah proses rekaptulasi data, penyerahan proposal, LPJ, dan masterplan ormawa serta efektif dan efisiensi dana maupun waktu yang digunakan.
