Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of Organizational Culture, Work Motivation and Work Satisfaction on the Teachers Performance of Madina Islamic School Tebet Jakarta.This research used multiple linear regression analysis method. The population was taken from all permanent teachers at Madina Islamic School Tebet. The samples were 50 persons taken by using full sampling. The technique of data collection was primary data survey. Whereas the data analysis were proceeded by using SPSS software application version 22.00.The result of linear regression analysis showed that the variables of organizational culture, work motivation and work satisfaction gave positive significant influence to the teacherss performance. Beta coefficients of the independent variables are 0.581 for organizational culture, 0.148 for work motivation and 0.017 for work satisfaction.,Conclusion of this research is higher organizational culture; work motivation and work satisfaction of the teachers will give higher-level teachers performance. Independent variable most importantly is organizational culture. Keywords : organizational culture, work motivation, work satisfaction, teachers performance Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru Madina Islamic School Tebet Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Populasi yang diambil adalah seluruh guru Madina Islamic School, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan survei data primer dengan metode sampling jenuh. Data hasil survei dianalisis dengan menggunakan aplikasi software SPSS Versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh secara signifikan positif terhadap Kinerja Guru. Beta coefficient variabel adalah 0.581 untuk budaya organisasi, 0.148 untuk motivasi kerja dan 0.017 untuk kepuasan kerja. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah semakin tinggi Budaya Organisasi, semakin tinggi Motivasi Kerja dan semakin tinggi Kepuasan Kerja akan memberikan Kinerja Guru yang lebih tinggi. Budaya Organisasi merupakan variabel yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap Kinerja Guru. Kata kunci : budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, kinerja guru
